Sound Healing - Chakra Balancing
In his CD titled “Sound Healing” by Steve Wyse Sleeps by Deer, he made a wooden flute that has been specially tuned to resonate with each of the 7 major chakras. Playing these flutes live, Steve begins with the root chakra and then moves upwards through the body. He plays each flute for each chakra for about 7 minutes while also adding animal totem medicine and chants for a full-body, sound healing journey.
